Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You own the site quality management system, audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

You will develop every QC person on the program and chair audits with owners and agencies. You lead corrective actions, approve QC plans and ITPs, and report metrics such as test pass rates and NCR aging to program leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits
• Own the corrective-action program
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and lab/inspection subcontractor qualifications
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly
