Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to lead quality across a major program, owning the site quality management system and audit program while guiding QC staff and interfacing with the owner's quality organization.

You will drive internal and third-party audits, approve QC plans, and report metrics to program leadership. Senior certifications and 10+ years in construction quality are required, with travel as assigned.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality, with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• Senior certifications: ICC Special Inspector (multiple categories), NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks.
• Proven ability to build a QC organization on a new program and hold it to the plan.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and lab/subcontractor qualifications; report metrics monthly.
