Accura Engineering seeks a Senior Construction Representative to oversee surveillance of construction projects and prepare comprehensive reports for government personnel. You will review plans, ensure compliance with workmanship and safety standards, and coordinate with COR/ACO/KO.

This role requires travel to job sites and prior federal construction experience. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, knowledge of USACE/DoD processes, and a background in quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience performing construction surveillance and reporting findings.
• Ability to prepare surveillance reports documenting compliance with plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with quality assurance procedures and construction safety requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government personnel.
• Experience supporting federal construction programs (USACE/DoD) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports on all phases of construction to document compliance.
• Review plans and specs for changes to government personnel.
• Provide site surveillance and assist in resolving differences.
• Travel to and from job sites will be required.
