The role involves surveillance reporting, technical QA oversight, and ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards across all construction phases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management or engineering, with extensive field inspection experience and familiarity with OSHA and related standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with DoD/USACE projects highly preferred.
• Experience with vertical hospital construction preferred.
• Experience with building codes is needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers surveillance reports on construction phases for compliance with plans and specifications.
• Provides technical expertise to ensure project complies with engineering standards and design instructions.
• Performs inspections and completes daily site reports, including progress and safety notes.
• Monitors schedules and identifies delays; advises project team.
• Prepares engineering plans or reports and reviews contractor schedules.
• Assists in contract modification processes and reviews submittals for approval.
• Monitors construction progress and communicates potential delays to the team.
• Uses RMS to track project information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
