Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to review plans, submittals, and schedules with attention to safety and quality.

Aufgaben

• Delivers surveillance reports on construction phases for compliance with plans and specs.
• Provides technical guidance to ensure project meets engineering standards and codes.
• Performs site inspections and completes daily reports with progress, safety, and manpower details.
• Monitors schedules and advises project team of potential delays.
• Reviews contractor plans, shop drawings, and submittals for approval actions.
• Assists in contract modification processes.
• Relationships with government personnel and stakeholders are essential.
