Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED minimum with construction or engineering education preferred.
• 10+ years in construction contract administration and inspection on large DoD/USACE projects.
• Experience with vertical hospital construction and relevant codes.

• Delivers surveillance reports on construction phases for compliance with plans and specs.
• Provides technical assistance to ensure compliance with engineering standards and codes.
• Performs inspections and completes daily site reports with progress and safety notes.
• Monitors schedules and advises project team on potential delays and changes.
• Reviews contractor plans and submittals for approval actions.
• Supports contract modification processes and safety programs.
