Responsibilities

• Deliver surveillance reports on all construction phases for compliance with plans and specs.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure project compliance with codes, standards, and design documents.
• Perform inspections and daily site reports, including progress, safety, and subcontractor manpower.
• Monitor construction Phases for schedule compliance and advise on potential delays.
• Review contractor plans and submittals for approval actions and safety programs.
• Support contract modification processes and environmental/safety requirements.
