Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; degree in construction-related field preferred.
• Ten years of experience on large federal construction projects (DoD/USACE preferred).
• Experience with vertical hospital construction and relevant building codes.
• Familiarity with RMS and standard safety manuals (OSHA/EM 385-1-1) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surveillance reports on construction phases to government personnel for compliance.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure standards, codes, and designs are followed.
• Perform inspections and complete daily site reports with progress, safety, and manpower details.
• Monitor schedules, identify issues, and advise on potential contract modifications.
• Review contractor plans, submittals, schedules, and safety programs for approval.
• Assist in contract modification processes and RMS utilization.
• Lead or support in all phases of project coordination and reporting.
