Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years in DoD/USACE construction inspection/contract administration.
• Experience with vertical hospital projects and relevant building codes.
• Familiarity with applicable safety and quality control programs.

• Delivers surveillance reports on construction for compliance with plans and specs.
• Provides technical expertise to ensure project engineering standards are met.
• Performs inspections and daily site reports with progress, safety, and manpower notes.
• Observes construction phases, identifies problems, and recommends changes.
• Prepares engineering plans or reports and assists in contract modifications.
• Reviews contractor plans and submittals for approvals and safety programs.
• Monitors progress and advises on potential delays to the project team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
