Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Project Construction Manager to oversee centralized construction activities across distribution and transmission projects. You will ensure work aligns with scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting site walks, and leading stakeholder communications to address challenges and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4–7 years of transmission/distribution construction experience or a high school diploma with 6–9 years of related experience.
• Solid knowledge of project management concepts and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Proven PM experience and strong written/oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus, trust and lead change.
• Certifications within first year include LOTO and OSHA-30.

Responsibilities

• Lead project construction to meet scope, budget, and schedule while managing risk.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for productivity, safety, and quality.
• Communicate between project management and work groups; lead site walk downs and meetings.
• Monitor safety through weekly observations and incident investigations; support RCA/ACE reviews.
• Complete required training and participate in staff/project meetings with updates.
