Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking a Project Manager to oversee site and office safety, manage subcontractors and vendors, and ensure project work is completed on time and within budget while upholding Webcor’s quality standards.

The role requires advanced knowledge of contracts, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and familiarity with BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office; experience with design-build or sustainable projects preferred; OSHA 10 required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Eight years of experience managing complex construction projects are typical.
• LEED AP and/or GA preferred; OSHA 10 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to complete work on time and within budget.
• Oversee cost reports, change orders, and procurement activities; maintain project schedules.
• Promote safety, manage RFI submittals, drawings, specs, and reports; mentor junior staff.
