Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically, 10 years managing complex construction projects.
• LEED AP and/or GA preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).
• If not already certified, Webcor will provide training.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to complete work on time and within budget.
• Enforce Webcor safety policy and procedures.
• Develop and publish the project schedule on a regular basis.
• Lead and mentor project team; provide timely feedback.
• Prepare cost reports and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Control documents: RFI submittals, change orders, permits, drawings, specs, and reports.
