Job summary

Jobot, a Boston-area real estate and project management firm, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

You will lead a team, manage client relationships, coordinate with vendors, and develop detailed plans and budgets across commercial, institutional, residential, life science projects in Greater Boston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong client-facing and written/verbal communication.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for clients and staff.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Perform risk management to minimize risks.
• Coordinate with third parties and vendors.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Oversee budgeting and monitor project status.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed budgets and control expenditures.
• Resolve issues throughout project lifecycle.
• Delegate tasks based on team strengths.
• Hold regular team meetings to address issues.
• Submit deliverables adhering to quality standards.
