Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction or real estate development.
• Experience managing projects for a developer or owner is strongly preferred.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects with budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of the full development process and collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple development projects from concept through completion.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and quality standards across projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, and ownership teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and project budgets.
• Proficient in scheduling, cost control, risk management, and change orders.
