Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a background in mixed-use construction to oversee projects from inception to finish in the Bay Area.

You will coordinate with architects and engineers, manage budgets and timelines, and lead a team to deliver high quality results while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in Mixed-Use Construction.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget, timeline, and resources, and ensure their successful execution.
• Monitor project progress regularly and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and manage any unforeseen issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and all stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management.
