The ideal candidate holds a BS in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management and brings strong communication and interpersonal skills. Boston market experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience especially in the local Boston market on complex MEP projects.
• Experience with Design/Build projects.
• Proficient with MS Office and construction software CMiC, Prolog, P6.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assist Project Managers as needed.
• Oversee subcontractor meetings.
• Ability to produce and mature a schedule.
• BS in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
