Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for construction projects in the Northeast. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery from inception to completion, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget outcomes with high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of PM experience in construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with PM software. We offer full benefits and a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects from beginning to end.
• Define the scope of the project with senior management.
• Create a detailed work plan and sequence activities.
• Determine needed resources (time, budget, equipment).
• Develop a schedule for project completion and allocate resources.
• Review project schedule with stakeholders and adjust as needed.
• Execute the project according to the plan.
• Ensure staff orientation to the organization and project.
• Contract qualified consultants as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust to ensure successful completion.
• Establish a communication schedule with stakeholders.
• Review quality of work to meet project standards.
