Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Lead and manage project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring that all parties are kept up-to-date on project progress.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Continually seek opportunities to improve project management processes and practices.
