Job summary

MasTec Cash Construction Corp is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead large civil and utility infrastructure programs from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget, coordinating with owners, engineers, and field teams to deliver high-value projects.

The role requires 5-7+ years of PM experience on major projects, with a track record of accountability and building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• 5-7+ years as Project Manager in heavy civil/large-scale utilities construction
• Preferred experience with projects >$100M

Responsibilities

• Ensure environmental safety compliance and quality standards
• Direct project resources and materials to meet the project plan
• Document and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Own project budget, cost, forecast and schedule
• Manage risks, changes, and contract documents throughout the project
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and municipal authorities
• Lead project engineers and PMs and mentor junior staff
• Travel to job sites as required (60% travel)
