Job summary

Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to own large infrastructure programs from acquisition to close-out. You will lead a team, drive safety, quality, schedule, and profitability while building lasting client relationships.

Onsite role with statewide travel; relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Ideal candidates bring 5-7+ years of civil/utility PM on big projects and a proven ability to deliver results that communities rely

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of Project Management experience on large civil or utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience in Heavy Civil, Water/Wastewater, Utilities, Roadways, Bridges, and/or Pipelines.
• Strong command of field execution, scheduling, financial management, scope management, and project controls.

Overview

Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who isn't just looking to manage another project-but wants the opportunity to make a mark, lead from the front, and build a legacy.

This is a role for a proven leader who thrives on complexity and wants true ownership. As the single point of responsibility for project success, you'll lead your team from acquisition and pre-construction through execution and close-out, driving the outcomes that matter most: safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction.

You'll have the opportunity to take on large, high-impact infrastructure projects, influence how the work gets done, develop people, build client relationships, and leave your fingerprints on projects that will serve communities for decades.

We're looking for leaders with:

• 5-7+ years of Project Management experience on large civil or utility infrastructure projects, ideally $100M+
• Experience in Heavy Civil, Water/Wastewater, Utilities, Roadways, Bridges, and/or Pipelines
• Strong command of field execution, scheduling, financial management, scope management, and project controls
• The leadership presence to build high-performing teams and earn the trust of clients, field leaders, and stakeholders
• A mindset focused on ownership, accountability, and getting things done
