Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure's Cash Construction division is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Texas with 5-7+ years of PM experience on large civil or utility projects.

You will own project delivery from pre-construction to close-out, lead a team, and drive safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction on $100M+ programs; relocation assistance provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7+ years PM experience in heavy civil/utilities.
• Experience managing projects >$100M is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPM, cost control, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assure project safety and compliance.
• Provide day-to-day direction of resources and materials.
• Integrate resources per the Project Execution Plan.
• Own budget, cost, forecast and schedule.
• Manage contract documents, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and municipal clients.
• Lead project integration, scope, time, cost, and quality management.
• Lead and mentor project engineers and PMs.
