Job summary

Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who will be the single point of responsibility for project success, leading from acquisition through close-out on large civil and utility infrastructure projects in Texas.

This onsite role requires a proven leader with 5–7+ years of PM experience, strong skills in scheduling, cost management, and stakeholder relationships, and willingness to travel statewide.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of project management experience on large civil or utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience in Heavy Civil, Water/Wastewater, Utilities, Roadways, Bridges, and/or Pipelines.
• Strong command of field execution, scheduling, financial management, scope management, and project controls.
• Leadership presence to build high-performing teams and earn client trust.

Responsibilities

• Own project from acquisition through close-out, driving safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Lead teams across field execution, scheduling, and cost control.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and project communications.

We're looking for leaders with:

• 5-7+ years of Project Management experience on large civil or utility infrastructure projects, ideally $100M+
• Experience in Heavy Civil, Water/Wastewater, Utilities, Roadways, Bridges, and/or Pipelines
• Strong command of field execution, scheduling, financial management, scope management, and project controls
• The leadership presence to build high-performing teams and earn the trust of clients, field leaders, and stakeholders
• A mindset focused on ownership, accountability, and getting things done
