Job summary

CCS Building Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead full lifecycle projects from design through delivery. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships to deliver superior outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of GC experience, with strong communication and cost-control skills. Local travel is expected for site coordination and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in construction project management with GC or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost control.
• Experience with Bluebeam and takeoff software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and job costing software (Viewpoint Vista is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal and external project teams to ensure quality, schedule and financial goals are exceeded.
