Job summary

CCS International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects for clients, coordinate with design professionals, and oversee schedule, cost control, and contract administration.

Travel across Chicago and surrounding areas is required, with work in CCS offices, client offices, and job sites. Ideal candidates will have a BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, 8+ years of direct PM experience in construction, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel,

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to read, interpret and develop statistical reports and calculations.
• Understand and prepare cost estimates and project schedules.
• Working knowledge of computer applications, including word processing, project management and project scheduling software.
• Capability to self-learn new programs and technologies.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & Project required.
• Proficiency with Primavera scheduling software, AutoCad and Revit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confer with Director of Capital Project Management to review work plan, duties, and scope of authority.
• Self-coordinate daily activities to keep objectives on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate CCS value and differentiate CCS from competitors to internal/external contacts.
• Foster communication with clients and project teams.
• Coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure schedule and budget adherence, including Master Schedules and cost control.
