Job summary

CCS Building Group seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of commercial construction and renovation projects, coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet client objectives and company profit goals.

You will guide internal and external teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards across multiple projects while building strong client relationships for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in construction project management with GC or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost control.
• Experience with Bluebeam and takeoff software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and job costing software (Viewpoint Vista is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal and external project teams to ensure quality, schedule and financial goals are exceeded.
• Facilitate communications between field staff, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, design teams, and office management.
• Provide timely reporting and feedback on employee, subcontractor, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams during design development to identify challenges and propose solutions, and lead contract negotiations.
• Manage project budgets and deliver financial reporting and analysis; review job cost reports monthly.
• Develop and implement project schedules to meet contractual obligations and align team size and skill.
