Job summary

GPAC seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are met. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing large construction projects, preferably in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven budgeting, scheduling, and contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.
• PMP or CCM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
• Prepare, review, and manage project budgets, contracts, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments regularly.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and field staff.
• Prepare and present project reports, schedules, and updates to stakeholders.
