Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a CM/engineering field.
• 8+ years in construction PM and preconstruction preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Office, and cost-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to delivery.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement with stakeholders.
• Analyze drawings and documents to identify risks and optimize value.
• Lead subcontractor coordination, prequalification, and buy-out activities.
• Monitor project performance and provide detailed financial reporting.
