Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7–10 years of general contractor experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience managing complex projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office/MS Project required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly project updates for leadership and executive summaries.
• Maintain and review owner reports, budgets, change orders, and baselines.
• Develop master schedules and drive on-time project completion with the team.
• Build and maintain transparent client relationships, addressing requests and updates.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, proposals, and scope clarity in contracts.
• Ensure thorough project closeout and timely completion of all activities during handover.
