Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction in Bismarck, ND is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects up to $15 million. You’ll oversee safety, budgets, schedules, and trade coordination, partnering with the Superintendent to drive timely, quality results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management, architecture, or engineering (or an associate degree with 8+ years), strong scheduling and cost-control skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field and 6+ years leading projects over $5M.
• Or an associate degree with 8+ years of relevant PM experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling, cost control, and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team, manage safety, budgets, contracts, and schedules.
• Coordinate trade contractors and suppliers with the Superintendent.
• Review shop drawings and change orders for coordination and implementation.
• Prepare and update detailed construction schedules and cost reports.
