Adolfson & Peterson Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects. You will manage safety, budgets, contracts, schedules, and trade coordination with the Superintendent, handling projects generally up to $15 million or components of larger works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in construction mgmt/engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with scheduling, cost control, and project management software.
• Experience with design-build/CM delivery methods is a plus.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain it.
• Willingness to travel and work in varied climates.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to achieve safety, schedule, and budget goals.
• Review drawings, RFIs, and change orders for coordination.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost controls.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, trades, and payments.
• Lead meetings, prepare minutes, and manage risk assessments.
• Ensure quality and compliance with company processes.
