Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and control projects up to $15 million, coordinating with the Superintendent and trade contractors to meet safety, budget, and schedule goals.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and submittals, maintaining detailed schedules, managing procurement and costs, and driving project profitability within AP’s Incident and Injury Free culture.

Qualifications

• History of progressively more responsible leadership experience and proven results.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field; 6+ years of project management experience on >$5M contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to ensure safety, budgets, contracts, and schedules.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs for coordination and implementation of project requirements.
• Prepare and update the detailed construction schedule with the Superintendent.
• Manage the project’s cost controls, budgets, and cash flow.
• Lead weekly site progress meetings and maintain project logs.
