Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large onsite project near Fargo, ND. You will oversee safety, budgets, contracts, schedules and coordination with trade contractors and the Superintendent to deliver on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years managing construction projects over $5 million, with strong scheduling, cost control and PM software skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/architecture/engineering or related field with 6+ years PM experience on >$5M projects.
• Or associate degree with 8+ years PM experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets, cost control, and project management software (Prolog, MS Project, P6, Procore, Bluebeam).
• OSHA 30 certification or the ability to become current.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team coordinating safety, budgets, schedules, and trade coordination.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs for coordination and schedule updates.
• Manage cost projections, pay applications, and project cash flow.
• Prepare close-out procedures and final project records.
• Attend site progress meetings and generate meeting minutes.
