Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead assigned projects from planning through close-out, with a focus on safety, budgets, schedules, and trade coordination. Typical project scopes reach up to $15 million, operating under a strong Incident and Injury Free culture.

You will partner with the Superintendent to drive project success, manage costs, and ensure quality outcomes across design teams, owners, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field with 6+ years of experience on projects >$5M.
• Alternate path: Associate’s degree in construction management with 8+ years of PM experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets, cost control and construction software (MS Project, P6, Procore, Bluebeam).
• Understanding of value engineering, lifecycle costing, and project profit/cost processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with safety culture and ensure timely, quality results.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs; coordinate with superintendent.
• Prepare/update detailed construction schedules and lead estimate reviews and close-out meetings.
• Manage cost codes, budgets, and cash flows; ensure timely pay applications.
