Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for multiple sites in the MA region. You will guide design, procurement, and construction phases, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong communication, and solid knowledge of architectural drawings. Expect regional travel (~25%) with a home-based work setup in MA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to clearly communicate to the client and team to achieve project goals.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects including budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Senior level contact with the client throughout the project.
• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategy.
• Maintain master project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate due diligence and bid processes, vendor selection and RFPs.
• Travel as required throughout the MA region (Estimated 25%).
• Position is work from home based with travel throughout the MA region.
