Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery on multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and master schedules.

You will serve as the main client contact, coordinate due diligence, manage budgets and bids, and guide teams through design to construction. This role requires travel and strong communication with executives and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or similar role.
• Strong ability to clearly communicate with clients and team to achieve project goals.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive level clients and partners.
• Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, submittals and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery by developing and executing project strategies, budgets, and schedules that align with client objectives.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and master schedules; monitor milestones and performance.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor selection, bidding processes, and contract administration.
• Forecast spend across projects in line with the client’s capital plan; report KPIs.
• Guide design teams from concept through construction documents and closeout.
• Travel as required across New York and Massachusetts (about 50%).
