Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple sites, aligning with client objectives and internal standards.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and design-to-construction processes, coordinating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.

Competenze

• 7+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Clear client and team communication to achieve project goals.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Interpersonal skills with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members.
• Ability to manage budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders.
• Experience with interior fitout and building infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary senior-level client contact throughout the project.
• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategy.
• Maintain master project schedules and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate due diligence, vendor selection, and bidding processes.
• Forecast monthly project spend aligned with the Client's Capital Plan.
• Guide design through construction documents with the architectural team.
• Manage construction contractors from onboarding to closeout.
• Travel as required across New York and Massachusetts (~50%).
