Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, coordinating budgets, schedules, the client interface, and cross-functional teams. You will guide design through construction and ensure milestones are met with strong KPI focus.

The role involves client-facing leadership, due diligence coordination, and vendor selection, with ~25% travel within the MA region and flexible work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Project Manager or similar role.
• Clear communication with client and team to achieve goals.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and project documentation.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to interact with executive-level clients and external team members.
• Experience managing construction projects including budgeting and scheduling.
• Experience with interior fitout and building infrastructure projects.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary senior-level client contact throughout the project.
• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategy.
• Maintain master schedules and ensure timely completion within parameters.
• Coordinate due diligence, vendor selection, and RFP processes.
• Prepare and manage budgets with clear assumptions and data.
• Lead critical project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide design teams from concept to construction documents.
• Travel as required within the MA region (approx. 25%).
