JLL in Boston is seeking a Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized construction and renovation projects across the New England region. You will be the primary client contact, coordinate designers, contractors, and internal teams, and oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building design, construction, or facilities management.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science-related field or other relevant discipline (engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management).
• Proven track record of successfully managing small to medium-sized construction or renovation projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills with demonstrated ability to control project costs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the New England region for site visits.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify, procure, and manage services from designers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure quality delivery.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing variances and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Organize and lead project meetings, including preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and distributing comprehensive meeting minutes.
• Conduct regular site visits to project locations and client sites throughout the New England region, primarily in the greater Boston area.
• Coordinate with project executives to align on strategy, elevate issues, and ensure projects meet JLL's quality standards.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines while implementing proactive risk management strategies.
