Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead building construction initiatives at client sites and campuses. You will coordinate with security, IT, AV, and furniture teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, across PA, NC, and AZ, with some travel.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering/construction project accountability, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in occupied-venue projects. Hybrid work in Malvern, PA is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability.
• Experience with managing construction projects in an occupied setting.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Manage overall execution of building construction projects coordinating with other entities (Security, IT, AV, Furniture, etc.) to deliver a seamless project on schedule and on budget.
• Coordinate with projects at multiple locations in PA, NC, and AZ; travel may be required.
• Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines to meet project objectives and client needs.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across design development and construction phases.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers to build team skill and ensure project success.
