Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Clear communication with client and team to achieve goals.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with executives and external teams.
• Experience managing interior fit-out and building infrastructure projects.
• Experience with MS Office applications and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary senior-level client contact throughout the project.
• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategy.
• Maintain project goals and success criteria for JLL and client needs.
• Coordinate communications with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and internal partners.
• Develop detailed project budgets using historical and market data.
• Maintain Master Project Schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Lead design process guidance from concept to construction documents.
• Oversee contractor onboarding, construction, commissioning, punchlist, and closeout.
• Travel as needed within the MA region (approx. 25%).
