Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple sites in New York and Massachusetts. You will develop strategies, budgets, and schedules while guiding stakeholders through design and construction phases, ensuring on-time completion and client satisfaction.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and advanced knowledge of architectural drawings.

Qualificações

• 7+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Clear client and team communication to achieve project goals.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Interpersonal skills with executive level interactions.
• Experience managing interior fitout and building infrastructure projects.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary Senior level contact with the client throughout the project.
• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategy.
• Maintain master project schedules and KPI tracking.
• Prepare RFPs and manage vendor and contractor selections.
• Forecast monthly spend aligned with the client’s capital plan.
• Lead critical project meetings with stakeholders.
• Oversee design process from concept to construction documents.
• Travel as required throughout NY and MA (approx. 50%).
