Job summary

JLL is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in Upstate New York. You will develop strategies, budgets, and schedules, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating design through construction with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong communication, and knowledge of architectural drawings. Travel ~25% and a hybrid/remote-capable setup support project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to clearly communicate to the client and team to achieve project goals.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive level external and internal clients.
• Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, submittals and change orders.
• Experience with interior fitout and building infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Senior level contact with the client throughout the project.
• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets and strategy.
• Maintain master project schedules and manage milestones.
• Coordinate due diligence, vendor and contractor services and RFPs.
• Forecast spend and manage budgeting across multiple projects.
• Lead critical project meetings with stakeholders and teams.
• Guide design through to final construction documents and closeout.
• Travel up to 25% across Upstate NY.
