Job summary

W.E. O’Neil is seeking a Project Manager in Irvine, CA to lead a construction project from inception through completion. You will manage the project team, control costs, and coordinate with estimating, design, and on-site teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role demands strong budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skills, with a focus on delivering projects within budget and schedule constraints while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong cost control, budgeting and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Develop bid strategies, manage change orders and cost controls.
• Maintain monthly reconciliation and cash-flow reporting.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Superintendent and design teams during preconstruction and execution.
• Ensure documentation and close-out processes are properly handled.
