Job summary

W.E. O’Neil Construction is looking for an Assistant Project Superintendent in Irvine, CA, to support Senior Supervisors on field activities for multiple projects.

The role involves coordinating schedules, safety, material deliveries, and reporting daily site progress. A four-year degree or 3–5 years of related field experience is required, with OSHA 30 and CPR certifications highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in Construction Management or related field, or 3–5 years field experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; skilled with project management software (MS Project / P6; Prolog/CMiC).
• Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course; First Aid and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Superintendent on field activities for projects.
• Support project scheduling, safety programs, material procurement, and site coordination.
• Maintain and document field inspections, testing, and daily reports.
