Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager in the Advanced Facilities Group to lead core project management activities for complex industrial and data center projects. You’ll drive safety culture, manage preconstruction and buyout, coordinate with designers and subcontractors, and ensure schedule and budget adherence on large-scale initiatives.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 5+ years of construction management experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Experience coordinating preconstruction, buyout and subcontractor activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and incident investigations.
• Manage prestart process and bid packages.
• Coordinate with preconstruction team on scope and schedule.
• Develop and manage subcontractor buyout and submittal processes.
• Lead project meetings and reporting on status and profitability.
