Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent for our Advanced Facilities Group (AFG). The role focuses on planning, managing and executing all aspects of assigned projects from safety, quality and scheduling perspectives.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage on-site teams, track progress and ensure timely, profitable project delivery in a dynamic environment across multiple locations. The position requires strong leadership and field supervision experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and creates awareness on site.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEO.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standups and weekly trade meetings.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred)
