Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Ability to lead safety culture and mentoring.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Experience with Lean, scheduling, and cost control processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages prestart process and preconstruction activities.
• Supports quantity takeoff, bid package development, and schedule development.
• Leads buyout planning and subcontractor selection.
• Manages submittal schedules and shop drawings.
• Coordinates with stakeholders (owners, design team, vendors).
• Prepares and reviews change requests with owners/architects.
• Provides regular project status reporting and financial forecasting.
