Carr Properties is seeking a Construction Management professional to plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise multiple customer improvement and capital projects across the DC region. You will define goals, select the design team, manage budgets, and monitor progress while ensuring quality and timely closeout.

You’ll serve as the primary liaison with in-house departments and coordinate move-ins with Property Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum four years of experience in a similar position with a real estate developer or a general contractor.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural/MEP drawings, technical procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and email.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise customer improvement and capital projects.
• Define goals, select design team, manage schematic design, and update budgets.
• Identify permitting, qualify contractors, award contracts, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure quality control and closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for internal departments during construction.
• Coordinate customer move-in with Property Management.
