Job summary

Clark Holdings Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Washington, DC to lead day-to-day project management, develop plans, manage risk, and ensure timely delivery.

You will drive stakeholder communications and oversee contract administration, procurement, and scheduling while promoting a culture of safety and inclusion. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience required.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners, engineering and design firms, and trade contractors.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Conduct project meetings to coordinate work activities and ensure safety and quality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain project team members; support proposals and business development.
