Job summary

Carr Workplaces Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, design, and execution of multiple commercial construction projects across the portfolio.

You will lead tenant improvements, spec suites, renovations, relocations, expansions, and new locations, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role requires strong PM skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum five years of experience in commercial construction or real estate development
• Experience managing Class A office interiors, coworking, or similar high-end spaces and projects >20,000 sq ft
• Proven knowledge of project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and change management
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across markets from planning to closeout
• Develop budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and procurement documents
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors; review drawings and change orders
• Monitor progress with site visits and meetings; manage risks, costs, and quality
• Oversee FF&E procurement and turnover, commissioning, and warranty administration
• Provide regular status updates to VP of Construction and stakeholders
